Plus Size OOTD: Floral Cut Out Cardi and Peach Dress

I have been wanting to wearing this floral cut out cardi for a few weeks, but I couldn't quite get the right outfit combo together. I wish I could take credit for styling this, but truth is, I had a little help! I asked one of my fave gals at Dress & Dwell what she would recommend. She recommended a light color top or dress, like a peach or coral, and I am so glad she did! I usually go for contrasting colors and patterns, so this wasn't an idea I had even considered. Sometimes it is definitely a good idea to ask for help!

I love the softness of this look, and the colors are perfect for a spring Saturday look. I have had this tank dress since last year. I found it in the junior's section at Target. Target always has the cutest little basic dresses in the spring and summer time. I am always checking for new arrivals!

I also have really been wanting to wear these strappy brown sandals that I found at Cato Fashions recently. Their shoes are always so comfy and affordable! I love the chunky heel on these because it makes them more comfy and easier to walk in. I think chunky heels are super cute!

For jewelry, I decided on a couple of interesting pieces. This colorful statement necklace is also from Dress & Dwell. It mixes so well with the light colors of the dress and cardigan. My light green sunglasses are just an inexpensive pair I picked up from Forever 21 last year.

The gold handchain I'm wearing is also from Forever 21. It is accented with rhinestones and turquoise stones. It's a fun, refreshing change from the norm.

Plus Size OOTD: Stripes and Polka Dots

I am absolutely loooooooving this top right now! The stripes mixed with polka dots are just so much fun, and I really love how they look together. If you love mixing prints, but maybe feel unsure about how to do it, then this top is definitely a great option because it takes the guess work out of it for you. When I saw it on the rack in Dress & Dwell, I was so excited to try it.

I wanted my top to be the focal point of my look, so I kept my pants and jacket simple and black. That really helped my top to stand out even more. I didn't want to have too much going on or competing with this super cute top. The pants are from Dots, a few seasons back. The jacket is one I found recently on the clearance rack at Target.

For accessories, I chose a long gold chain necklace from Dress & Dwell and my fave little clutch from Go Jane.  I still am not over how cute this clutch is! It looks like an ace of hearts playing card, and I just think it's adorable.

The shoes I chose for this look are some black wedges I found at Rack Room Shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes ever. The brand is Pesaro, and these are the first shoes I have tried from them, but definitely not the last! The comfort level is seriously out of this world.

Plus Size OOTD: Cozy Gray Poncho Top and Leggings

Today was a comfort day for sure. It was a little cooler outside, so I thought this heather gray poncho top from Dress & Dwell would be perfect for a casual, cozy look. I love the design with the roomy sleeves and the turtleneck...so comfortable!

I decided to wear my fave leggings from IGIGI with the top. I love the IGIGI Karyn ponte leggings because they are thicker than most other leggings. The fabric is more like a pair of pants, but still fits like leggings. Since the weather was cooler, I definitely appreciated having the thicker fabric to keep me warm.

To accessorize, I wore my fave new black felt hat from Target and a pink and gold necklace from Dress & Dwell. I wanted to add a just a little color so the gold and pink worked out perfectly.

Today's bag was the black and cream JustFab Gratified bag. I love this bag because it's big and roomy. I adore the cream colored bow and zipper on this bag. My shoes are the black shooties from Madden Girl that I've been rocking for a while now. They are just so comfortable and easy to wear, so I choose them a lot.

Plus Size OOTD: Pink Clove One Shoulder Maxi Dress

My fashion crush on Pink Clove started immediately after I received this dress a few months ago. I was looking for dresses on the ASOS site and this one was on sale for under $25. (It's still available here, btw)

Since it's been super cold here, I hadn't had the chance to wear this dress, but today was finally the day. It was a beautiful sunny day. Perfect! This dress was not only great for the weather, but it was great at staying in place and keeping me comfortable all day.

I chose accessories with gold to brighten up my look a little. I've had this belt for a while now. It was one of the best purchases I ever made at Dots for sure! I also chose a little lace print box clutch with gold hardware, a gold necklace and a hate with gold accents, all from Target.

The shoes I chose were some comfortable little black patent leather wedge sandals from Payless. I love that this dress was designed with a side split because it makes movement and walking around so much easier!

Plus Size OOTD: Spruce & Sage Fitzgerald Floral Skater Dress

A bright little skater dress with sleeves is so perfect for this weather right now. I am loving this dress I picked out from Gwynnie Bee so much. I was soooo excited when I saw it in the new arrivals. My hubby thinks I need to purchase this one, and I agree. It's just so fun and very comfortable. I also really love the neckline of this. It's perfect for wearing a choker.

I chose black accessories to wear with this dress. It has a lot of bold color and a great floral print, so I wanted it to be the focus of this look.

Plus Size OOTD: Nothing to Wear

This 90's inspired outfit is one of my new fave go-to looks. I was shopping one of ASOS's sales a few weeks ago when I spotted this adorable New Look Inspire tshirt. I immediately fell in love with it! I decided to build an outfit around the tshirt.

I don't wear jeans or pants very often, so I went straight to searching for a fun skirt to pair with it. I own a bazillion skater skirts, so I already know that I love that particular style. This animal print skater skirt caught my attention, and I was pretty sure it was going to be the one. When I noticed it was from Pink Clove, that sealed the deal for me. Pink Clove is one of my fave brands right now. I love their cuts, designs and fabric choices. This skirt was just as fantastic as I was hoping it would be!

Next, I looked at necklaces on the ASOS site, and spotted some tattoo chokers. The tattoo choker is the ultimate 90's/ early 00's accessory. I had to have this one! I have been watching a lot of Friends episodes on Netflix lately, so I had been seeing the ladies of that show wearing so many cute chokers and I just felt inspired.

Since it was still cold and snowy, I decided to wear leggings and riding boots to stay as comfortable and warm as possible.
